Preparing for Leadership Transition

Our organization is preparing for an upcoming leadership transition and would benefit from operational guidance to help us navigate this period smoothly. We’re seeking a volunteer with experience in nonprofit operations or organizational development to join us for this one-hour brainstorming session to:

-Discuss common operational challenges during leadership transitions

-Explore ideas for maintaining continuity and identifying potential gaps

-Get input on how to scope out medium-term support needs (e.g., staffing, systems, or volunteer roles)
