Support with Planning for Program Data Collection and Visualization
We’re seeking support to plan a manageable, sustainable approach to data collection and impact storytelling. As a BIPOC-led, grassroots nonprofit serving a diverse, under-resourced community, our capacity is often stretched too thin—but we know stronger data practices would help us communicate our impact more effectively to funders. In this session, we’d like to talk through the first steps of how to structure a realistic plan for collecting, synthesizing, and visualizing our program data, especially given that our data is dynamic and staff time is limited.
