Advice on B2B Sales Strategy
We are rolling out a new B-2-B service offering that falls within the talent development space, as opposed to the corporate social responsibility (CSR) space. We're interested in learning direct sales practices and techniques, but honestly, aren't entirely sure where to start. We've started using PipeDrive as our CRM platform (a first for us). Ideally, we'd like a sales professional to help us establish the framework of our "pipeline". How do we assess contact vs. lead? Hot lead vs. cold lead? There are sales experts out there who can help us apply the theoretical to our current case system and serve as a catalyst, really jump starting our efforts.
