Established Nonprofit Seeking Assistance in Creating Effective Major Donor Campaign

We are an affiliate of the National Alliance for Mental Illness and serve West Suburban Cook County in Illinois. We provide mental health advocacy, education, and support services for both youth and adults.

We have found great success in acquiring foundation and federal, state, and municipal grant funding. In a response to projected fundraising trends and a desire to further our mission by diversifying our funding, we hope to create and launch a fundraising plan to solicit, build relationships with, and secure large pledges from major donors. We know, in theory, how best to do this, but it would be most helpful to have someone with practical experience with this to give us some advice in deciphering our current donor data, creating a plan, and helping to set this new fundraising strategy in motion.
