We are developing a business plan for our proposed Home & Farm Initiative (HFI), which aims to empower individuals experiencing homelessness by helping them become homeowners and hydroponic farm business owners through a four-year training, mentoring, and advocacy program. We’re seeking expert guidance on how to structure and position our business plan to attract investment. Specifically, we’d appreciate feedback on our program model, key messaging, and how to present our impact to potential funders.
