We are seeking strategic guidance to improve the design and functionality of our website and social media presence. Additionally, we would like advice on setting up basic IT infrastructure to support daily operations, such as digital timecards, log-book entries, and other standard functions. Our goal is to leave the session with a clearer understanding of where to focus first, what tools or platforms to consider, and how to make improvements that are realistic for our team to implement over time.
