Advice on Setting Long-Term Priorities for a Growing Nonprofit

We’re looking for a skilled volunteer to help us clarify and prioritize our strategic focus areas to ensure long-term sustainability. In the last six months, our organization has experienced rapid growth, increasing revenue by more than 500% compared to last year. While this expansion is exciting, it has also stretched our capacity.
Our current team includes three full-time volunteer staff (40+ hours/week) and seven part-time volunteers (~10 hours/week). With limited bandwidth, we often find ourselves pulled in multiple directions, struggling to separate urgent day-to-day demands from high-level strategic priorities.
We’d greatly value the expertise of a Taproot volunteer to help us:
