Guidance for Creating AI Usage Policy for Meetings
We want to create an AI policy for meetings on online platforms. We currently use Teams and Zoom. We need to consider issues such as streamlining our own work by using AI notetakers, but also meeting attendees bringing their own AI notetakers with them, as well as protecting the confidentiality of what's discussed in those meetings.
We would love guidance on:
- The pros and cons of different notetaker software
- GOOD examples of AI policies
- Examples of wording that's used to invite attendees to let us know that they will be bringing their own AI notetaker (so we can discuss any relevant confidentiality issues with them)
We'd also like to understand what happens to the AI notes within the recording platforms. We're a small charity without a dedicated IT team and would really appreciate a consultation with an expert in this area.
