Pura Vida Youth Strategic Plan

We are seeking support to develop a strategic plan for Live Pura Vida (LPV), a nonprofit dedicated to supporting, equipping, and encouraging local and international communities of color through connection to internal and external resources.

During the 60-minute consultation, I would like help with:
- Outlining the key components of a strategic plan tailored for a small but growing nonprofit.
- Identifying priority goals for the next 2–3 years that align with our mission and programs.
- Brainstorming approaches for stakeholder engagement (board, partners, youth, and families) in the planning process.
- Advice on realistic milestones and metrics that can guide program growth and sustainability.
- Recommendations on tools/templates we could use to move from ideas to an actionable written plan.

Context: LPV is in a phase of growth, expanding youth programming (through Pura Vida Youth), community partnerships, and international initiatives. While the vision is clear, we do not yet have a formalized strategic plan. Having outside expertise to guide the structure and planning process will help us prioritize, strengthen our organizational capacity, and prepare for long-term sustainability.
