We need a volunteer to advise our board on how to recruit and approach qualified candidates for the president and treasurer roles. The board is composed of active, operations-focused directors who have recently shifted toward a more business-minded approach; other director roles are filled but these leadership positions remain open. The volunteer should recommend candidate criteria, promising sourcing channels, outreach messaging, and considerations for selection and transition. Details (such as existing role descriptions) can be provided during the session.
