We are an all-volunteer nonprofit supporting scholarships and community work, and we have no prior experience with Salesforce. Our data is currently scattered across a custom PHP system, spreadsheets, and various web forms, making manual data entry a huge pain point. We’re seeking a virtual consultation with a Salesforce expert to help us determine whether Salesforce, including the free Nonprofit Success Pack, is the right solution for us.

During this session, we'd like to:
- Understand what Salesforce and the Nonprofit Success Pack can realistically offer, including what’s free, what costs extra, and what’s practical for organizations without dedicated IT staff.
- Get advice on which of our core activities (scholarship management, donation tracking, volunteer coordination, regulatory or intake processes) are best handled in Salesforce versus other apps.
- Learn how nonprofits effectively use Salesforce for fundraising, grant management, volunteer scheduling, program tracking, event management, and reporting.
- Discuss our biggest data challenges and brainstorm whether Salesforce could solve them.
- Hear best practices and common pitfalls so we can make an informed decision.

Your expertise and honest feedback will help our leadership get on the same page and set up our nonprofit for future growth and impact.

Organization Mission

We empower vulnerable individuals and communities worldwide through education, advocacy, and direct support. Our all-volunteer team provides scholarships for underserved youth, anti-trafficking education and intervention, job training and employment support, mental health resources, and crisis assistance. Operating across multiple countries including Egypt, the United States, Kenya, and Zambia where vulnerable populations need support, we work to break cycles of poverty, protect survivors of trafficking and violence, and create pathways to opportunity for those often overlooked by traditional systems.
