We need a volunteer to provide practical guidance and frameworks for planning and conducting difficult conversations in our animal shelter. The volunteer should advise on communication techniques, de-escalation, role boundaries and how to adapt approaches for volunteers versus paid staff. Specific scenarios and applicable policies can be discussed during the session.
