Strategic Guidance for Scaling & Funding a Public Safety Nonprofit

My goal for this 60-minute session is to gain a clear strategic perspective on how to move from early-stage concept to funded execution. As a solo founder building this initiative from the ground up, I’d really appreciate insight on how to prioritize what needs to happen now versus what can happen later. I’d like help identifying the most practical next steps for launching and validating my Phase 1 R&D, realistic funding pathways (government, foundation, or partnerships) for a public-safety and technology-driven nonprofit, and how to position the organization for long-term growth.
I’d also love guidance on approaching potential partners—such as a college/institution or law enforcement agency, to strengthen grant eligibility and credibility. Because this model is designed to scale into a broader ecosystem of training, technology, and community impact, I’d like insight on how to structure early operations in a way that supports sustainable growth and future expansion.
