HR Management Building Blocks for Entrepreneurship Nonprofit

Adelante Center has gone from one full-time employee one year ago to seven full-time employees in May 2023. We are now in need of some structure to our HR processes including:
-employee onboarding
-establishing policies
-employee management of benefits
-expense management

I am willing to use basic, standard, templates from a similar-sized nonprofit and grow in the future.

This project is necessary as we will be onboarding several interns, and summer employees and we'd like for anyone that comes into our company to have a written and clear understanding of our values and processes for managing day to day operations.

My staff will make this a priority. I also have a director who is recovering from back surgery who would be excited to have something to do since he cannot physically come to either of our sites for the moment.
