We are seeking a skilled and dedicated volunteer to assist us in creating a Facilitation Guidebook and Quick Tips Sheet for our group facilitators. This guide is more than just a document; it is a cornerstone tool that will empower our facilitators to lead with confidence, compassion, and consistency across all our locations.

At Fathers on a Mission (FOAM), we are steadfast in our commitment to empowering men to become positive, engaged father figures within their communities. Through facilitated group meetings at our established site at FYSC and our upcoming new location, we provide a nurturing space for men to learn, grow, and support each other on their transformative journey towards responsible fatherhood.
