Onboarding Guide Creation

FOAM is opening a new facility. We need a volunteer to help us create a more succinct onboarding guide to standardize our policies at all locations. Join us in this pivotal transition.

At Fathers on a Mission (FOAM), we are steadfast in our commitment to empowering men to become positive, engaged father figures within their communities. Through facilitated group meetings at our established site at FYSC and our upcoming new location, we provide a nurturing space for men to learn, grow, and support each other on their transformative journey towards responsible fatherhood.

This is an opportunity to be part of a movement that is changing lives and building stronger families and communities, both at our established FYSC site and beyond.

We've done the pre-work internally to ensure leadership and staff buy-in to this work and gather the information that will be handed off to the volunteer.

We are seeking a skilled and organized volunteer to help us abbreviate communicate our policies and create a comprehensive Onboarding Checklist for each role within our organization. While we have established protocols and instructions, we aim to consolidate this information into a more cohesive and efficient process.
