Google Workspace Set-Up

Our nonprofit is looking for a volunteer to help us set up and configure Google Workspace for Nonprofits to streamline our organization's communication and collaboration processes.

Project Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the IT team to understand the organization's needs and goals for using Google Workspace.
- Set up and configure Google Workspace for Nonprofits, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and other relevant apps.
- Customize Google Workspace settings to meet the organization's specific requirements.
- Provide training and support to staff members on how to use Google Workspace effectively.
- Ensure that all data migration and integration processes are completed successfully.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the setup and configuration process.

NOTE: ** I have reserved 1-2 PM and 3:30-4:30 PM EASTERN TIME every Wednesday for Taproot meetings. When proposing meeting times, please take this reserved slot into consideration. No-shows without advanced notice won't be rescheduled.

NOTE: ** Only applicants who meet the outlined criteria and can commit to a minimum of 4+ hours per week will be considered. To streamline the application process, please ensure your profile includes a LinkedIn link. Successful applicants should be available for one weekly 30-minute meeting Monday-Wednesday between 12 PM and 4:30 PM Eastern Time, at a mutually convenient time.

Candidates seeking CPT/Internships or OPT are ineligible for this project at this time.
