Optimizing Website for Google Ad Grants

We need your training and technical support help us set up our website for using Google Ad Grants while staying in compliance with US and EU privacy laws.
-Setting up integration between Google Ads and Google Analytics
-Setting up integration with both to website
-Setting up Consent Mode V2

We are excited to start on on our Google Ad Grants journey which we plan to use to find potential donors aligned with our values and interests and to provide more people with with access to our wildlife rehabilitation services. We are an international organization and as such governed by quite a few privacy laws. In preparing for our Google Ad Grants opportunity I've found that our previous tools will not be sufficient, but I'm running into technical issues and integration barriers in setting up new tools.

To prepare, we have secured and activated a Google Ad Grant award. We are prepared to share the login credentials to our Google Workspace. We have training scheduled for staff members beginning July 17th in using Google Ads. In anticipation of this I've been updating our website but have run into challenges in implementing Google Consent Mode V2. I've purchased a new compliance plugin (Complianz) that is an approved Google Consent Mode Platform Partner, however, our tool (MonsterInsights) that connects our Google Analytics account to the website isn't compatible with this new tool. I believe we need to switch to GTM4WP but would like some expert guidance.
