Public Speaking Coaching

We are seeking a skilled volunteer to create a comprehensive guide on speech development, covering both the writing process and delivery techniques for effective public speaking. This project aims to provide clear, actionable strategies for the leadership of the board who want to improve their speechwriting skills and stage presence.

All our board members possess extensive knowledge of the music industry, but some lack experience in public speaking and speech preparation. We want to turn this gap into a strength, equipping them with the skills to make a greater impact in our community and to advance our mission to its fullest potential.

The board member we are focusing on with this project has only prepared and delivered a few speeches so far. We believe we’re at an early stage in their development, where we have a valuable opportunity to establish strong foundations and effective techniques.
