We need a comprehensive marketing and PR strategy in order to reach as many teens as possible and to introduce them to our brand.

We would like a professional to help us with branding consistency, messaging, and a marketing plan that helps us promote our app, opportunities, and events. We need someone to look at what we are doing and make further recommendations as to how we can gain traction among our base. We would welcome the professional to talk with the founders and our intern team to understand our mission and the work we have done so far. We envision the project to take 6-9 weeks. Once it's complete we have the resources to implement the proposed strategy.

We have worked so hard since the beginning to get the product market fit right- working alongside over 200 young people. However, we need someone with experience in branding and scaling to best figure out how to market without a ton of capital. We have also been hugely successful in our policy work - co-authoring federal policy that passed in the Senate in July. We need help figuring out how to best market that fact. We have launched the Promly app with a new version coming out that is very exciting. We have 35,000 emails for school admin but need help figuring out how exactly to market to them, influencers, micro-influencers, etc. We have a small budget for marketing but as we grow, we will be able to attract more capital to hire a marketing manager.

According to the CDC, 5400 kids (grades 7-12) attempt suicide daily in the US. Our goal at Promly is to be 10 steps ahead of teen suicide and the mental health crisis with a unique and strategic approach that combines social networking, mental health support, civic action, and real life action- all in one place. We have created a digital ecosystem that helps teens 13-19 -AI age gated) build real connectedness and find free 24/7 mental health support whenever they need it. We partner with other non-profits aimed at reaching the teen market through our digital platform. We also provide a publication site, The Promly ChangeMakers (www.promly.org), to amplify the GenZ voice, provide resources, and give students opportunities to shine through our promotion. We have the unique opportunity to also be active in DC policy making as we co-authored the kids Online Safety Act- adding "youth representation" to formal federal policy for the first time in US history.
