We seek a skilled social media volunteer to help capture and create dynamic content for our upcoming housing event. The volunteer will participate in 1-2 pre-event Zoom planning meetings, be onsite on October 19 in Los Angeles to capture live content, and then edit and produce final content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and our website. This project will significantly boost our social media presence, helping us engage our audience, promote future events, and highlight the impact of our work.

Deliverables:
01. 1x - :30 second cut down of the Flip (end-use YouTube short, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
02. 1x - :15 - :30 second landscape cutdown for homepage

Key Tasks:
* Pre-Event Planning: Attend 1-2 Zoom meetings with our team to understand the event’s goals, key moments to capture, and the overall social media strategy.
* Onsite Content Capture (October 19): Be present at the event to capture high-quality photos and videos that showcase the energy, key activities, and participants. Focus on content that can be used across multiple platforms, emphasizing engaging visuals and storytelling.
* Post-Event Content Creation: Edit and produce short, impactful videos and photo content tailored for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and our website. Ensure each piece is optimized for the specific platform, maintaining consistency with our brand voice and style.
* Content Delivery: Provide the final edited content within an agreed-upon timeframe, ready for immediate posting.

Flip4Good is a minority female-owned and operated nonprofit based in Los Angeles dedicated to transforming the lives of the unhoused and those in transitional housing. Our mission is to create safe, inspiring spaces through trauma-informed design, giving individuals the foundation they need to rebuild their lives.

Our upcoming MVP Flip is essential to prove the concept of Flip4Good. We need a social media expert to capture and create compelling content that will help us showcase our vision. Your work will be crucial in generating the assets we need to demonstrate our concept’s viability. On October 19, you’ll be onsite in L.A. to document the event, capturing content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and our website. This is a unique opportunity to shape the narrative of our MVP, helping us engage future supporters and drive the next phase of our mission. Your contributions will be pivotal in proving our concept’s success.

Our team has developed a content strategy, identified key moments to capture, and created a shot list and social media guidelines to ensure efficient content creation during MVP Flip.

We have scheduled 1-2 pre-event Zoom meetings to align with the volunteer on objectives and logistics. After the event, our team will work closely with the volunteer to review and edit the content. The final content will be shared across our social media platforms and website to showcase our concept’s viability.
