Our nonprofit uses QuickBooks for our accounting and financial management needs. However, we believe that there is opportunity to improve our use of this tool. During this pro bono project, a volunteer will assess our use of QuickBooks and make recommendations for improvements. You will also help walk us through how to create new fields and projects within QuickBooks so that our team is prepared for managing this tool down the road.

Are you a QuickBooks pro? Do you enjoy setting up new accounts in QuickBooks? We are afraid that we must start a new project in QuickBooks, but we are unsure how to do so. We have a small budget to manage through this tool.

We've been using QuickBooks as a high-level view of our budget, but I know we can do better. We need someone who understands how to clean up, configure, and teach others how to set up reports and budgets in QuickBooks. To prepare for this project, we have gathered our budgeting information and will share access to our financial management tools.
