Project Overview

We are looking for support from a volunteer in developing and implementing a successful giving season campaign on social media to engage our followers and new audiences in November and December 2024. We already have the draft of the campaign concept.

We are particularly interested in support with:
-Drafting highly engaging content and organizing it on our Social Media Content Calendar
-Creating engaging reels and static post images for our main social media channels - Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
-Helping us to develop and implement a plan for paid ads during this period to increase our reach and engagementFabretto has a small but mighty team working to bring educational opportunities to children and youth in Central America. We have established social media channels, but we need support to take our work to the next level. We're willing to invest time and resources into this project and, with support from an expert volunteer, grow our presence and improve our social media strategy to raise awareness about our work in Honduras and Guatemala. Your time and talent will help us bring more opportunities to communities with few resources in Central America, alongside our local partners. Fabretto's team has developed an initial concept for the campaign and our Communications Coordinator has drafted the campaign's look and feel. We are also in the process of hiring a videographer to shoot some footage in Honduras to use for this campaign. We have presented the initial concept to our Board to engage them in this process. Fabretto also has established social media channels - Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn - and a budget for paid ads on social media. Additionally, we have an established brand book for our organization and are not starting from scratch, but rather trying to improve engagement on existing channels and during the giving season, when social networks become saturated with content.

We plan to implement the campaign from November through the end of the December. The campaign includes email marketing and other forms of outreach, like sending a printed holiday card to our top donors. Support with social media will increase the impact of the campaign.
