Develop a Marketing and Communication Strategy

We require assistance in promoting our current respite care service to raise awareness. Our goal is to ensure that families and caregivers are aware of the valuable support and relief we offer. To achieve this, we plan to implement a comprehensive marketing strategy.

New Horizons is an established agency with over 50 years of experience dedicated to serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Recently, the agency acquired its first respite house, marking a significant milestone. Through our respite care program, we aim to provide short-term, temporary care, offering essential respite and rejuvenation for family caregivers and program participants. Notably, this respite house is the only one of its kind in Prince George's County, MD.

The agency has made a substantial investment to ensure the house is ADA-compliant and designed to be both updated and comfortable for our clients.

I am seeking assistance in identifying innovative strategies to effectively market this new service we are offering.

I have a printed brochure as well as information that can be emailed to prospective clients. We have alerted other agencies in the area that assist the I/DD population.
