Google Ads Strategy

We're seeking a volunteer to help us maximize our Google Ad Grant. This project will play a key role in our organization's ability to grow brand awareness and impact community members. This project may include the following activities:
-Development of or updates to our nonprofit's Google Ads strategy
-Training one or two staff members on how to update Google Ads and monitor their performance
-Making recommendations for SEOs, content management projects that will improve our Google Ads health

Our ideal volunteer has experience with Google Ads and SEOs and can see the website to see if there is anything lacking there in order for the ads to function well.

This is the Paid Service part of the NPO we are running ads on a service they have to pay. All proceeds go back to the npo for our community work.

I've already had Google Ads for a year. I had a good run in Jan/Feb then in March it crashed finally in May/June went back up and then crashed to no people again and I've been stuck there for months. Really annoying, I had cracked the code and now nothing I do works.
