Netsuite Data Analysis And Visualization

Paws of L.A. Rescue is seeking a NetSuite expert to help extract key performance data to support a specific refining program. This project will focus on:
• Data Extraction & Analysis – Pulling key performance metrics from NetSuite related to our rescue operations and financial support services.
• Reporting & Visualization – Creating easy-to-understand reports, charts, and dashboards for us to present for upcoming funding conversation.
• Process Optimization – Identifying ways to organize and streamline data tracking and reporting for long-term use.

The volunteer will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization has accurate, data-driven insights to demonstrate our impact and secure potential funding. We estimate this project will require 2-5 hours per week for a few weeks, with flexibility based on the volunteer’s availability.

At Paws of L.A. Rescue, we are committed to saving lives and providing vital resources to dogs in need. The new program is a cornerstone of our mission, helping to keep dogs out of shelters by providing families with unique support.

However, to secure funding and expand our impact, we need to present clear, compelling data on our program’s success. This project will directly support that effort by:
• Showcasing our impact – Helping us demonstrate the number of dogs saved, families assisted, and resources allocated.
• Securing vital funding – Providing the key metrics necessary for successful conversations that could result in expanded program funding.
• Strengthening operational efficiency – Creating structured reporting processes that will allow us to continue improving our rescue and support services.

Dedicated Support: The volunteer will have direct access to our Executive Director and key team members who will provide guidance, answer questions, and ensure smooth collaboration.
Clear Implementation Plan: The insights and reports generated will be immediately used in critical funding conversations that could lead to major funding and expanded rescue operations. The structure created during this project will also help refine our long-term reporting process for better internal decision-making.
