We have secured Monday.com for project/event and everyday task management. Help us make the most out of it! We’re looking for a volunteer to assess our current system and identify ways we can use it to meet our needs more effectively, including potential integrations with other tools we’re using. Once the volunteer implements the recommended changes, we’d like a brief training session.

Imagine using your Monday.com skills to unlock hours of time for our team, time they could spend coaching and connecting with neurodivergent job seekers instead of wrestling with spreadsheets. At The Steven Spectrum Career Project, we’ve secured Salesforce to be our single source to manage donors, volunteers, and program outcomes, and Monday.com as our visual hub for every project/event and task management. Now, we need you to:

Optimize & Train on Monday.com
• Transform our draft boards for the 5K run, comedy night, and day‑to‑day tasks into slick, automated workflows.
Train us on how to make intake forms and surveys
• Host a one‑hour team workshop (and leave us a handy cheat sheet) so everyone—from the executive director to new volunteers—can collaborate like pros.

Your Impact:
Save 8–10 hours/week of manual data entry, so our team of volunteers can spend that time delivering career coaching and community outreach.

Boost Fundraising & Engagement with real‑time dashboards that highlight donor opportunities and volunteer capacity—projecting a 20% uptick in sponsorships.

Accelerate Event Planning by up to 50%, ensuring our 5K fundraiser, movement event, and comedy night run seamlessly.

Why Volunteer?
You’ll create systems that create real world change by helping neurodivergent adults find meaningful work. You’ll sharpen your admin and training skills, add a nonprofit success story to your portfolio, and join a passionate team that celebrates every win.

We have already selected a CRM management software and are ready to share credentials with a volunteer. We’ll come prepared with details about the specific types of data we want to collect, our goals for using the CRM and project management tool (Monday.com), and a list of any other tools or software we use.
