I’m reaching out on behalf of 4Horsemen Rehabilitation Services Inc., a nonprofit supporting justice-involved individuals through mentorship, personal development, and workforce readiness programs.

We are currently seeking pro bono support to help us strengthen our internal operations and improve our program delivery systems. Specifically, we’d like assistance with:

Streamlining our 16-week Transition Assistance Process (TAP) program

Building out our monthly community wellness series, Kickin’ It With a Purpose

Structuring a new reentry and veteran-specific initiative, Frontline for Vets, based on TAP

We’re looking for a skilled volunteer who can help us assess current processes, recommend system improvements, and create scalable operations for growth and impact.

TAP is a 16-week personal development and workforce readiness program for formerly incarcerated and justice-involved citizens. It combines mentoring, coaching, and life skills training to help participants rebuild their lives with purpose.

We’ve partnered with Taproot three times successfully, and two past volunteers still support us today. This experience has helped us integrate volunteer expertise effectively.

This new project will focus on improving the operations and systems behind our TAP (Transition Assistance Process) program, a 16-week personal development and workforce development program for formerly incarcerated individuals. We currently serve over 75 participants annually.

To ensure success:
