Help Customize and Train Us on Salesforce!

Help us make the most out of Salesforce! We’re looking for a volunteer to assess our current CRM system and identify ways we can use it to meet our needs more effectively, including potential integrations with other tools we’re using. We need someone to build out and customize Salesforce for donor management, fundraising, participants and volunteer CRM. Once the volunteer implements the recommended changes, we’d like a brief training session and/or documented guidelines to follow so that we can maintain the CRM going forward.

• Host workshops (and leave us a handy cheat sheets) so everyone—from the executive director to new volunteers—can collaborate like pros.
