Guidance on Designing a Wellness Course for INITY’s Coaching Program

I’m the founder of INITY, an online coaching brand dedicated to helping high-performing professionals and creatives manage stress, increase energy, and reconnect with their inner peace through breathwork, mindfulness, and mindset transformation.

I’m looking for help designing clear, engaging, and transformational content and curriculum that aligns with my niche and can be adapted across multiple platforms and formats.

Specifically, I want support brainstorming and organizing content for:
• Short-form platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
• Longer-form products, including workshops, courses, and eBooks

• A scalable curriculum framework for themes like stress, anxiety, sleep, purpose, energy, team dynamics, peace of mind, and emotional resilience

My ideal outcome is to create a cohesive content ecosystem where each platform plays a strategic role, and the curriculum leads naturally into INITY’s coaching offers and digital products.
