Help Outlining a Launch Plan for Coaching Business

I’m the founder of INITY, a wellness-based online coaching business helping high-performing professionals, creatives, and neurodivergent individuals reduce stress, gain clarity, and improve mindset through breathwork, meditation, and life design.

While I bring nearly a decade of experience as a coach, I’m new to the business-building side. I’m seeking mentorship and support to build a clear, actionable, and scalable business plan so I can grow confidently.

In this session, I’d love guidance on how to outline the early steps of a week-by-week business launch plan. I’m looking for help identifying where to start, how to prioritize tasks, and what to focus on first.

I learn best by seeing things mapped out and then doing the work myself. I’m highly coachable, focused, and ready to implement — I just need someone who can help me think like a CEO and move forward with clarity.
