Leadership training for management retreat
Alcott Center for Mental Health Services
Our Taproot volunteer took the time to put together an engaging leadership training tailored around empowering the Alcott Center for Mental Health Services' management team to provide beneficial performance reviews for their staff members. Every manager that attended the training walked away "on Zoom" feeling more informed! Our partner was a 5-star volunteer!
Stakeholder research and SWOT analysis

Our team hit the ground running with pro bono by connecting with a volunteer for a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis project. Our volunteer captured the challenges that we’re facing and inspired us to conduct a full strategic planning process so that we’re well equipped to move forward in the coming years.
Financial system setup - Quickbooks
ReBirth Empowerment Education
We connected with a virtual volunteer to set up QuickBooks, which gave us the ability to collect and monitor the right financial data. Working on this project provided us with a better understanding of the program costs and other financial information necessary for making strategic and operating decisions.
